ORDERS
On our website, the delivery of Annamaria Cammilli jewels is free and DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), with no order minimums.
All goods are shipped from Florence and will be delivered to the address specified on the order.
We will do our best to ensure the following estimated delivery times from the payment receipt:
- Items in stock will be delivered in 8/10 business days from the payment receipt.
- Items made to order will be delivered in 45/60 business days from the payment receipt.
If you purchase with a credit card, add one business day to the normal shipping schedules due to administrative procedures.
In case of orders made of multiple items, the order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
If you receive a damaged package, remember to add the following text to the shipping document: “I accept the package reserving the right of further checks because it is damaged”. We also kindly ask you to immediately notify us your conditioned acceptance per e-mail. If the courier refuses to let you add the reserve for further checks, please reject the delivery. Please notify us the rejection per e-mail.
All our shipments are insured and will be available with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched and it has been registered by our courier, you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail (remember to check your spam-filter).
A purchase invoice will be sent to the e-mail address used when the order will be shipped.

RETURN POLICY
At Anna Maria Cammilli Gioielli, we want to ensure that You are satisfied with your purchase experience. We offer to fully refund your purchase within 14 days, providing the Product has not been worn for a longer period than that necessary to try it, scratched, damaged or altered. If we detect any damage or signs of wear, we may reject your refund, and your item may not be taken in for exchange.
The products must be returned in the same package (external box + jewelry box) in which they were sent with all the related documents (such as the guarantee) and with the packaging intact to prevent the product from being damaged.
Please be aware that, based on the applicable law, Anna Maria Cammilli will NOT refund or replace any products that are custom-made, specially ordered, altered, made to order or custom engraved. We will NOT refund any purchase which has been ordered outside of stock size, shape, and color. Special orders are defined as any item you specifically ordered, any items which are not in stock and finally, any product made for you based on your design, or a modification of one of our designs.
At the time of Order, We will indicate if the item is in stock and may be refundable or made to order and for this reason is not exchangeable.
If you decide and are entitled to request the replacement of a Product or to exercise the right to cancel the Contract of Sale, you must first notify your intention to Us by contacting our customer service at [email protected]
Once the requirements for the substitution of a Product or for the exercise of the right to cancel the Order have been successfully verified, we will notify you of the acceptance of the return and proceed with the substitution of the Product, or, in the case of Order cancellation, the reimbursement of the purchase price and any shipping costs you incurred for the initial shipment.
You shall ship the Products back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of informing Us of your intention to return the Order or to replace the Product.
If we authorize a product return, the return must strictly be carried out by using the courier designated by Anna Maria Cammilli Gioielli. You will be able to download a shipping label that should then be printed and attached to the parcel according to the instructions that you will receive via e-mail from our customer service.
We undertake to implement the refund procedure within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which we have verified your entitlement to a refund, in particular after having manually checked the conditions of the returned Products. Refunds will be paid by the same method you used to complete the Order.
Any costs linked to the return of the Products - such as, for instance, import duties in Italy, etc. - will be billed to the Customer and deducted from the refund.
If you have returned the Product(s) without being entitled to cancel the Order or to replace a Product(s), we will not accept the return. If you authorize us, we will ship back to you the Product illegitimately returned and apply to you any relevant delivery costs.
Following multiple returns by the same Customer, we reserve the right not to accept any further orders from you.
